Colby was born in Lubbock, TX October 11, 1980. He grew up in San Angelo, Tx and graduated San Angelo Central High School class of 1999.

Colby always had a love of music, especially leading singing during church. He had many special friends in the church and loved learning and sharing scripture and praying together. Colby also had the joy of volunteering with the Welch and Meadow Volunteer Fire Departments. In his spare time he would also volunteer grilling burgers for the homeless at the Carpenters Kitchen with the Welch Church of Christ. He would also stay up late nights smoking brisket and ribs for his family, friends and neighbors. His first love of grilling started when he was younger working tirelessly at Texas Steak Express in San Angelo, Abilene, and Lubbock. The last several years, Colby found a passion for mechanicing. He enjoyed traveling and working on big trucks with Cooper Natural Resources. Through this new passion led him to his interest in motorcycles. He was proud of his Harley Davidson motorcycles. He was always polishing to keep them shiny and finding time for a joy ride.

Although Colby had many interests in his life, nothing meant more to him than the lights of his life, his sons Parker and Grant. Colby lived for his boys and loved them as much as he loved Jesus. Colby was a loving and compassionate Dadda and wanted Parker and Grant to know the love of Jesus as he did. He cherished every moment he had with his sons and was very proud of the young men they are growing up to be.

Colby is survived by his sons Parker Kayne Tressler and Grant Mason Jolley, of Phoenix, AZ, Grandmother Veneda Brown, of Welch, Grandmother Betty Jolley, of Lubbock, Mother Rhnea Brown, of Welch, Brother Nick Jolley and wife Misty, of Welch, Sister De’Aun Hipsher and husband Kyle, of San Angelo, Nieces Saige Jolley, Natalie Coto, Reece Hipsher, Aubrey Guerrero, and Isaly Hipsher, Nephews Nate Coto and fiance Breana Martinez, Zane Jolley, and great nephew Asher Coto, as well as numerous aunts, uncles, and cousins and special friends.
