Notice to City of Meadow Water Customers
Due to unforeseen circumstances, no late fees will be charged on water bills for June, July, August, or September.
Your current bill may show a large balance if we do not have a record of your payments for June through August. If you have receipts, bank statements, or other proof of payment, please keep them handy. We are working to correct these records as quickly as possible.
If you were not able to make payments for June through August, please contact City Hall to discuss budget billing options to help you get caught up.
City Hall will be closed to the public while we sort through this issue. If you need to make a payment, please call ahead to schedule an appointment.

A Reminder to Our Community
Disagreeing with the Mayor, City Council, City employees, or any City decision is okay. Ask questions, attend meetings, and share your concerns. That is an important part of local government.
Threats or statements suggesting violence are not okay. Under Texas law, threatening violence or unlawful harm against a public servant because of their official duties can be a crime.
The people serving our community are also our neighbors, friends, and family. Please keep disagreements civil. We are willing to listen.
