Services for Raymond Gibson, 53, of Lubbock will be held at 10 a.m. Tuesday, Aug. 2, 2016, at Trinity Church with burial to follow at the Terry County Memorial Cemetery in Brownfield. The family will receive friends at Sanders Funeral Home on Monday evening from 6 to 8 p.m.
Raymond was born Feb. 12, 1963, in Lamesa, Texas, to Donald and Freda Gibson. Graduated from Brownfield High School in 1981, employed by Coca Cola for 21 years. He married Kelly Rathjen in 2000.
He is survived by his wife; and two sons, Jarred and Joshua; mother and stepfather, Freda and Tim Hales; father, Donald Gibson; sister, Kim Benavidez and husband Pete; nephew, Brian Benavidez; niece, Katie Benavidez; and great-nephew, Jackson Benavidez.
