Richard Porter with YMCA talks about the Family Gardening Club for all 3rd graders and their family. Signups are going on now at the YMCA, 302 S. 1st from 8:30 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. If no one is available at the Y you can call 806-637-7897 and leave a detailed message and someone will contact you. The cost is $25 per family and financial assistance is available if needed. The first meeting is 10 a.m. to Noon, Saturday May 7 at the community garden located in the 1000 block of 1st street and you can also sign up then.

We also discussed an Adult Co-ed Volleyball League that is starting soon, along with summer track program and a youth volleyball summer league.
