Services for Jean Doss, 84, will be held 2pm Friday, July 10, 2015 at Brownfield Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Don McWhorter officiating.
Jean was born on November 3, 1930 in Tahoka to Vernon and Bessie Brown. She graduated from Floyd High School and was a member of Brownfield First Baptist Church. Jean is preceded in death by her husband, Barney Doss; grandchild, Dedrrick McGuire; parents, Vernon and Bessie Brown; sister, Alma Winberley and her companion Winford Shewmake.
Jean is survived by her 3 daughters, Patricia Wenzel and husband Jerry of Brownfield, Betty Ann Stephens of Lubbock and Donna McGuire of Lubbock; 7 grandchildren; 15 great grandchildren; 2 great-great grandchildren and a sister, Bobbie Green of Lubbock.
