The long awaited opening of Forever Fitness and Nutrition finally came to be on Monday, June 8. The building project started months ago and had a few setbacks along the way due to the COVID-19 restrictions and other issues, but the doors were opened on Monday morning and to say it was busy, would be an understatement.
Kristin Dill, owner, stated, “We have been so busy today and that is just the way we want it. We have had people in all day long.”
Classes have begun for both adults and kids, as well as all the weights and cardio equipment are all cleaned, distanced and ready to go.
“I am just so excited to finally be in this great building. We have signed up 41 new members today. We had 72 of our current members check in today and we served 129 people in the nutrition club,” stated Kristin. Sounds like a pretty good day!
Kristin is hopeful that through this pandemic, that people have once again put their health at the forefront of their minds and are ready to get with the program and start working out.
Karate classes have begun for the little ones and Donna Dill will begin teaching twirling with her God’s Girls group soon. Dance instruction is scheduled to begin in August. Kristin also has Spin Class beginning in July for those looking for a serious cardio burn.
Kristin stated, “We are ready to see our old friends and welcome any and all new ones to come join us in working hard to get fit!”
Hours at the gym are from 4a.m. – midnight each day.
