The family of Brian Cristan gathered to recite the Holy Rosary at 7:00 PM on Thursday, August 19, 2021, at Lake Ridge Chapel and Memorial Designers. Mass was celebrated in honor of Brian’s life of 42 years at 10 AM on Friday, August 20, 2021, at Our Lady of Guadalupe Catholic Church. He passed on Sunday, August 15, 2021, in Trophy Club, Tx. On November 17, 1978, Brian Cristan was born to Raul and Marilanda (Garcia) Cristan in Lubbock, TX. Brian lived a vibrant life as the oldest son. He always portrayed the keeper of the family with love and strength. Brian graduated from Monterey High School. He cherished friendships and held them all dear to his heart his entire life. He successfully completed school as a wireman. He was extremely proud of his job and hardworking.

Over the years, Brian helped build wind turbines. His latest was working on a well-known social media platform in Roanoke, Tx as a foreman in management his team. Initially, in Lubbock he was a member of IBEW 602.

Brian’s devotion to his parents Raul and Marilanda, brother Raul, Jr. and sister, Rachel was always of support and commitment. He played a major role and helped raise his nephew, Adam and his nieces, Ashlynn, Allie, Imerie, Kynzlee and Everly Jo. They were a sparkle in his eyes. His ultimate legacy will be remembered for is his love and devotion for his daughter, his “princess”, his pride, and joy, Iza. From Brian, 10-4.

Survivors include his daughter, Izabel Cristan; parents, Raul and Marilanda Cristan; brother, Raul Jr. (Nicole) Cristan; sister, Rachel Cristan; maternalgrandmother, Eloise Garcia; nephew, Adamian Cristan; nieces, Ashlynn Cristan, Alexzandra Cristan, Imerie Carter, Kynzlee Cristan and Everly Jo Cristan; and his girlfriend, Tyanna Dodson.

He was preceded in death by his maternal grandfather, Joe Garcia; and paternal grandparents, Natividad and Beatrice Cristan.
