Martinez declares intent to file for Commissioner Precinct 4

Narcisco “Shorty” Martinez has filed paperwork with Terry County Elections Office to be able to eventually file to run for Commissioner Precinct 4.

This is not an official filing. It is simply filing an intent to run.

Martinez has previously served as Commissioner Precinct 4 before being declared ineligible in the last election for that precinct.

Official filing begins later this month.
