Texas: 

• Total Texas Cases: 179,137 (Up 6,651)
• 90,720 Recovered (Up 3,164)
• Deaths: 2,542 (Up 39)
• Texas mortality rate is 1.4% (Down .1%)
• 244 Texas counties reporting active cases (No change)
• 7,382 lab confirmed COVID-19 patients currently hospitalized (Up 478)
• 11,983 total hospital beds available in Texas, 1,181 ICU beds available 
• 6.18 per 1,000 people in Texas have contracted COVID-19 (Up .23)
• Governor Abbott released an executive order limiting the size of public gatherings and mandated public use of masks for most areas of Texas
