Plains ISD teacher selected to participate on TEA committee

TownTalk News received the following Press Release from Plains ISD Superintendent Dr. Stephanie Howard.

Jolene Taylor was selected by the Student Assessment Division of the Texas Education Agency (TEA) to participate on a committee in Austin on August 10th and 11th. She will give direct input into the initial and ongoing development of these tests. Her input will be considered for future test administrations of the State of Texas Assessments of Academic Readiness (STAAR). Great job, Mrs. Taylor, on being selected and being the voice for Plains ISD.
