Hector Campos gave his life in service for his country. He fell in the Vietnam War.
Hector grew up in Meadow and attended Meadow Schools his entire life. But, he was never able to receive his diploma.
The Meadow ISD Board of Trustees remedied that situation at a recent football game when Hector was honored posthumously with his high school diploma.
Accepting the award were members of the Campos family, joined by members of the Class of 1970.
