The TownTalk Show welcomed the Brownfield FFA Veterinary Technology Team for an inside look at their hard work, dedication, and success in competition. Team members Devin Casey, Kayden Gillit, and Ashlynn Cristan, along with advisor Kealy Dean, joined the show to share their journey through the Vet Tech program and what it takes to compete at a high level in FFA contests.
The group discussed the hands-on skills they’ve developed, from animal care to technical knowledge, as well as the preparation and teamwork required to succeed. They also highlighted other FFA contests and opportunities available to students, emphasizing how these programs help build leadership, responsibility, and real-world career skills.
It was a great conversation showcasing the talent and commitment of Brownfield students and the impact of agricultural education in our community.
