The Texas Tech Lady Raiders have unveiled their Big 12 schedule on Thursday morning. The schedule includes 18 games, with nine at home and nine away, five of these games will new conference opponents.
The Lady Raiders will start conference play with a home game against the Houston Cougars on Sunday, December 22. After that, they will travel to Arizona State on Wednesday, January 1 and to Kansas State on Saturday, January 4. The team will return home for a game against West Virginia on Wednesday, January 8 and then host the TCU Horned Frogs on Saturday, January 11.
On Tuesday, January 14th, Tech will play against the Iowa State Cyclones in Ames, Iowa, followed by a home game against the BYU Cougars on Saturday, January 18th. The team’s next game will be against the Houston Cougars at the Fertitta Center on Wednesday, January 22nd.
The Lady Raiders will host Oklahoma State for a game on Saturday, January 25, and then travel to Lawrence, Kansas to play against the Kansas Jayhawks on Wednesday, January 29. In February, they will play an away game against newcomer Colorado on Saturday, February 1, and then return to the United Supermarkets Arena to host the Utah Utes on Wednesday, February 5.
The Lady Raiders will play in Fort Worth, Texas against TCU on Saturday, February 8, and then host the Baylor Bears the following Saturday, February 15. Cincinnati will come to Lubbock for a game on Wednesday, February 19. After that, the Lady Raiders will be away for two matchups, first at UCF on February 22, and then at Arizona on February 25. The Lady Raiders will close out their conference play with a home game against Colorado on Saturday, March 1.
