He was an avid Andy Griffith lover and Bonanza fan. Some of his favorite times were spent coaching his children’s little league baseball teams and attending his sons football games. He was known for his potato chip sandwiches and grape Kool-Aid slushies. He answered to many names; bozo, buzzard, butthead, red, humps…of them all Paw-Paw became his favorite. He enjoyed weekly lunches with his grandsons at Little Red Barn and weekend breakfasts with the whole family at Grumpy’s. Rex was a friend to many and loved his family very much.
