Milton Glen Fariss 83 of Seagraves, Tx formerly of Brownfield, Tx passed from this life on Sunday March 6, 2022 in Seagraves.
Milton was born on December 2, 1938 in O’Donnell, Tx to Ken and Cleo Fariss. He graduated from Andrews High School in 1956. He attended college at Sul Ross and then Texas Technological College where he graduated in 1963.
While attending college he met the love of his life Glenda Warren. They were married on December 4, 1963 in Carlsbad, N.M. They were married for 54 years and had 5 sons.
Milton is preceded in death by his wife Glenda, a son Rex, his parents Ken and Cleo, and brother Darrell.
He is survived by four sons Kenneth of El Paso, Tx, Yancy and wife Sherry of Dallas, Wayne and wife Julie of DeRidder, LA, Lance and wife Stephanie of Seagraves, one brother Pat Fariss and wife Maco of Andrews, Tx and one sister-in-law Jan Fariss of Houston, Tx. He is also survived by 11 grandchildren, 2 great grandchildren, and numerous nephews, nieces, and cousins.
The family will celebrate his life with a visitation on Friday, March 11, 2022 from 6:00 pm – 7:30 pm at Ratliff Funeral Home in Seagraves. A memorial service will be held on Saturday, March 12, 2022 at 10:00 am at the 12th Street Church of Christ in Seagraves. Burial will follow at the cemetery in Goldthwaite, Tx at 5:30 pm.
