The Master Technician designation is reserved for technicians who have gone to the greatest lengths of the Ford, Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep, and Ram training and educational programs. To attain the status of a Master Technician, a person must complete hundreds of hours of schooling, pass multiple certification exams and of course be a technician at a dealership for a certain amount of time
