Family and friends visitation for John Earnest Milligan, 81, will be held Thursday, January 4, 2018 from 6:00-8:00 P.M. in the Ratliff Funeral Home Chapel in Denver City. He passed away Saturday, December 30th in Denver City.
John was born November 25, 1936 in Cleburne, Texas to Ray and Bernice Milligan. John and Neva Price were married June 20, 1958 in Pettit, Texas. He served in the United States Army from 1953-1956 and he was a farmer. He was preceded in death by three brothers and one sister.
John is survived by his wife, Neva Milligan of Denver City; daughter, Keri Hix and her husband, Greg of Denver City; two sons, John David Milligan and his wife, Lu Ann of Denver City, Mark Wilson Milligan of Midland; three sisters, Patsy Stephens of Littlefield, Alice Edwards Lubbock, Louise Bankston of Littlefield; along with 8 grandchildren and 6 great-grandchildren.
The family suggests memorials be made to Home Hospice, 801 North Main Ste. G, Andrews, Texas 79714 or to Shinnery Oaks Community in Denver City.
