Jericho was born on May 7, 1998, in Lubbock to Juan (Johnny) Garcia and Edilia Suarez Garcia. He grew up in Brownfield and attended BHS through his sophomore year. He transferred and graduated from Frenship High School in 2016. Jericho was very outgoing and social – he never met a stranger and was always the life of the party! He loved music and hunting and was known for his big bear hugs and his big smile. His family is very proud of him and will miss him greatly! Jericho is preceded in death by his grandparents, Margarito and Dora Suarez and Jose Garcia.
Jericho is survived by his parents, Juan (Johnny) and Edilia Garcia; 4 sisters, Erica Garcia, Erin Garcia, Rachel Flores (husband, Randy) and Matilda Garcia; 1 brother, Matthew Gutierrez; Grandparents, Mario & Matilda Perez; 13 nieces and nephews, Jonathan, Jeremy, Isaac, Bryce, Kadden, Summer, Luke, Gabby, Kenzie, Quentin, Justice, Mattelyn, & Matthew, Jr.; and numerous extended family and friends.
