Gary Alan Hardin (March 21, 1956 – April 19, 2019)

Funeral services for Gary Alan Hardin, 63, of Denver City will be conducted Tuesday, April 23, 2019, at 1:00 P.M. in the First Baptist Church with Rev. Kyle Streun officiating, Interment will follow in the Denver City Memorial Park with services under the direction of Ratliff Funeral Home of Denver City. He passed away Friday, April 19th in Lamesa, Texas.

Gary was born March 21, 1956, in Levelland, Texas to Lee Wayne and Marjorie Anne Hardin.

He worked for Yoakum County Pct. #2 as the park supervisor for seventeen years, he loved to play golf, fishing, rafting, an avid Texas Tech fan and a tailgater. Gary was also a member of the First Baptist Church.

He was preceded in death by his father on March 16, 2005

Gary is survived by his mother Anne Hardin of Denver City; two brothers Terry Hardin and his wife Michaela and Norman Hardin all of Carbon, Texas Eastland County; a sister Karen Tovar and her husband Saul of Denver City; ten nephews and nieces.
In lieu of flowers, the family suggests memorials be made to a charity of choice.

Family visitation will be held Monday, April 22, 2019 from 6-8 P.M. in the Ratliff Funeral Home Chapel.
