A Christmas Eve Service will be held on Friday, December 24 at 6 p.m. in the auditorium of the First Baptist Church at 219 West Main. This will be a joint service with Immanuel Baptist Church and First Baptist Church.
Bruce Cargile, pastor of Immanuel stated, “We are bringing our praise team and we will start off with some really upbeat type songs. We are really looking forward to doing this together at First Baptist.”
Interim First Baptist Pastor Travis Hart will bring a brief Christmas devotional message.
This will be followed up by “candlelight type music” as a Candlelight Service takes place.
Everyone is invited to attend. This is a good way to remember the reason we celebrate Christmas with your family. The service will last no longer than an hour, and probably less.
Come as you are. No dressing up required. Just come and celebrate the season with fellow Christians!
