For the City of Brownfield, there will be four seats to be voted on. District 4, & 5, plus the two at-large districts. Councilwoman (Mayor Pro-Tem) Michelle Cooper who currently holds District 4 and Councilman Eric Horton who currently holds District 5 cannot file for these positions due to term limits. Currently, the two at-large positions are held by Councilmen Isaiah Bautista and Michael Tackitt, which both could refile to run for these seats.

In the City of Meadow, there are three at-large positions to be voted on. Councilmembers Kandace Welch (Mayor Pro Tem), Everett McArthur, and Lynn Carroll currently hold these seats and can refile if they decide to. In the City of Wellman Seat 2 and Seat 4 are up with Councilwoman Rachel Escobar currently holding Seat 2 and Councilman Seth Hollowell holding Seat 4. They can also refile if they decide to.

Moving on to the school districts, BISD will have four seats to vote on. Currently, Trustee District 1 is vacant.
