Evelyn Mariane Steinbach Lott, age 85, passed away Wednesday, May 10, 2023, surrounded by family in Graham, Texas. She was born on July 30, 1937, in Berlin, Germany.
A visitation will be held from 9:30 AM-10:00 AM Monday, May 15, 2023, at Coker Funeral Home in Jacksboro, Texas. Funeral services will follow at 10 AM. Burial will take place at Graceland Cemetery in Jerymn, Texas.
Evelyn was born and raised in Germany and moved to the United States after meeting her husband, Preston Lott. Together they raised their children in Brownfield, Texas, later moving to Henrietta before calling Jermyn their home. Evelyn was a member of the Jermyn Baptist. She will be greatly missed by her family and friends.
Evelyn is preceded in death by her husband Preston Lott; daughter, Doneese Sweeney; and special friend, Ray Patterson.
Those left behind to cherish her memories include son, Dennis Lott, and wife Sheila; grandchildren, Danny Purvis and wife Melissa, Nick Fulford and wife Jessica, Kalyn Howard and husband Justin, Amber Herpeche and husband Anthony, Taryn Spurlin and husband Thomas and Kevin Lott; 13 great-grandchildren; along with extended family and friends.
