David, 69, of Brownfield, passed peacefully in his sleep the evening of October 12, 2025. David was born on December 14, 1955 in Lamesa, Texas to his parents, HP and Billie Stevenson.
He spent most of his life as a proud resident of Brownfield, Texas, raising his family with his wife, Becky Stevenson. David dedicated many years working for Amoco and finally retiring from Lubbock County in 2020. David shared the skills he learned by being a thoughtful, dedicated, and hardworking help to his family and community. He enjoyed working on cars and spending time with his family.
He is preceded in death by his Father, HP, and his mother, Billie. He is survived by his wife, Becky; their son, David; daughter-in-law, Sarah; and grandson, Oliver. As well as his sister, Sherry; and brother-in-law, Ricky, and many beloved nieces and nephews. He will be missed by many.
