- U.S. mortality rate is trending up, despite increased testing criteria to find more cases
- 15 minute rapid test has been approved by the FDA, manufacture states they will produce 50,000 per day beginning next week
- Dr. Fauci, leader of the White House’s COVID-19 team, stated that he believes the U.S. will have between 100,000 and 200,000 deaths

- No longer able to report community spread by county due to multiple reporting agencies and differing definitions by agency/county
- Deaths: 38 (Up 31 Vs. Monday 3/23)
- Total Texas Cases: 2,833 (Up 2,114 Vs. Monday 3/23)
- Texas mortality rate is 1.3%
