During the Brownfield City Council meeting on Thursday, Nov. 18, 2021, the Council recognized the latest employee of the month for November 2021. This month’s Employee of the Month comes from the Brownfield Police Dept. and is Sgt. Randi Rogers. According to the BPD Chief Tony Serbantez, Sgt. Rogers has been with the dept. for almost three years. Also according to Chief Serbantez, Sgt Rogers continues to be “a great officer for the City of Brownfield.” She always shows a tremendous effort in community policing and enjoys working with the public. Sgt. Rogers has a willing attitude and is resourceful in every way to assist the community. She does not have the attitude of “that’s not my job” but instead she has an attitude of “What can I do to help? Congratulations to Brownfield PD Sgt. Randi Rogers for being November 2021 City of Brownfield Employee of the Month!
