Current standings and rankings
As the volleyball season continues, both the Brownfield Lady Cubs and Wellman-Union Lady Cats are finding their footing. The Lady Cubs are sitting at 3-13 on the season so far, and the Lady Cats are 5-11. Both squads are getting closer to district action.
The Lady Cubs will complete their pre-district games on September 16th when they host Talkington at home. They will play against Levelland tonight, September 9th, and travel to Tahoka on the 12th. After a short break, they will then head to face #15 Denver City.
The Lady Cats have a similar pre-district schedule ahead of them. Tonight, September 9th, they will travel to Post to take on the Lady Lopes. After that, they will have a home game on Saturday against Rotan, followed by an away match at Plains on Tuesday, September 16th. The following Tuesday, September 23rd, they will begin district play against Loop.
