Brianna Barraza graduated from Angelo State University in 2013 was accepted to the Covenant School of Nursing in July 2017. Brianna graduated in 2019 as a Registered Nurse.
During that time, she also worked as a nurse tech in the Oncology Unit at Covenant Medical Center. Upon graduation, Brianna began work in the Palliative Medicine Unit at Covenant. While working full time, she began online classes at Texas Tech University Health Science Center and graduated in May, 2020 with her Bachelor of Science in Nursing.
Brianna also received the coveted Outstanding Nurse Award for 2020 for the Palliative Medicine Unit at Covenant. Brianna states that her goal is to eventually obtain her Master’s Degree in Nursing and teach nursing students.
Brianna is a 2013 graduate of BHS and is the daughter of Teresa Barraza.
