Funeral Service for Joe Villegas, 75, of Wolfforth, will be held at 10 am on Wednesday, February 28, 2024, at St. Paul Catholic Church in Seagraves. Rosary will be held at 6 pm on Tuesday, February 27, 2024, at Brownfield Funeral Home.
Joe was born on May 16, 1948 to Alberto and Cruz Villegas in Laredo. He had a passion for music, showcasing his talent through his drumming skills in a band. In his younger days, he also enjoyed sports, embodying a spirit of athleticism and energy. He was an avid Cowboys fan and his sense of humor was second to none. Joe was preceded in death by his parents and a sister, Gloria Gonzalez.
Joe is survived by his daughter, Marisa Villegas; grandchildren, Miranda Guerrero, Analysia Gonzalez, Caitlin Gonzales, Lynzee O’Connor, Dakotah Rivera; 5 great-grandchildren; his brothers, Alberto Villegas, Jr, Richard Villegas and Israel Villegas; and several nieces and nephews.
