Funeral Mass for Maria Cristina Aguinaga, 60, of Plains, Texas will be held at 2:00 P.M. Tuesday, December 23, 2021 in the Sacred Heart Catholic Church with Father Eduardo Teo officiating, with interment following in the Plains Cemetery under the direction of Ratliff Funeral Home of Denver City
Maria passed away Sunday, December 19, 2021 in Denver City, Texas.
Maria was born on April 15, 1961 in Jimenez, Chihuahua Mexico to Hermenegildo and Juana Mares Aguinaga. She was a housewife and took care of her home and children and also a member of the Sacred Heart Catholic Church of Plains, Texas.
She was preceded in death by her parents; three sisters Manuela Aguinaga, Juana Aguinaga and Ramona Aguinaga.
Maria is survived by her son Jose Aguinaga and his wife Lorena of Plains; five brothers Cruz Aguinaga, Trinidad Aguinaga, Valentin Aguinaga all of Mexico, Ramiro Aguinaga of Dumas, Hermenegildo Aguinaga of Mexico; three sisters Soledad Aguinaga, Carmen Aguinaga both of Mexico, Avrora Cordova of Dumas; two grandsons Juan Aguinaga Jr, Heber Aguinaga; a granddaughter Ashley Aguinaga all of Plains; a nephew Ricardo Aguinaga that she brought up like a son of Dumas.
Rosary is be held on Tuesday and Wednesday, December 21 and 22, 2021 at 7:00 P.M. in the Ratliff Funeral Home Chapel.
