Terry County Extension Office looking for Part-Time help

The Terry County Extension Office is looking for a part-time Extension Secretary in the local office. Terry County Extension Agent Geoff Cooper said the hours could be fairly flexible. The person hired can work a maximum of 29 hours in a week, depending on the needs of the office.

Responsibilities include:

Word-Processing

Record Keeping

Database management

Drafting correspondence

Typing, filing, telephone and reception duties

Sort and forward mail

Operate standard office equipment

Computer Experience Required:

Word

Windows

Knowledge of graphic program

Web-Based Programs

Educational Qualifications/Training Required:

High School diploma or equivalent required. Business courses at high school or college level with specific training in the use of word processors preferred.
