New Pocket Park Named In Memory and Honor of Brisendine.

The Brisendine Family, Chamber of Commerce, BIDCorp, City and Local Civic Leaders came together last night for the Grand Reveal of the new pocket park located at the corner of Main and Sixth Street in the downtown area of Brownfield. The new park was named in memory and honor of the late Lynn Brisendine who loved the community of Brownfield and Terry County. The Lynn Brisendine Community Plaza will be available for public use and the plaza features a stage for bands and other events, seating for several people, an area for a food truck, lights and plenty of electricity.
