The Lady Cubs started off the first game of the Annual Prairie Dog Classic Softball Tournament in Lubbock on the winning track with a win over the Lubbock High JV. They then faced a tough Dalhart squad at 3:20 and came up on the losing side. Later, playing their third game of the day, the Lady Cubs once again found themselves on the losing side of the scoreboard as they fell to Bushland. The Ladies battled all the way through and showed great effort. They will face Coronado on the second day of the tournament. Stay close to towntalkradio.com for updates!
