The Brownfield High School Powerlifting team hosted a powerlifting meet last Thursday at Oak Grove Elementary School Gymnasium.

The results of the Brownfield lifters were as follows:

Isaiah Piedra- 2nd, 123 lb class

Ryker Allison- 2nd , 198 lb class

Sammy Sambrano- 2nd 220 lb class

Daniel Carmona- 1st 242 lb class

Andrew Clayman- 3rd 242 lb class

Other Brownfield participants included Bryan Gomez, Rodney Warren, Bobby Joe Ortiz, Aaron Aguirre, Roman Alvarado and Eddie Aguirre.
