Cubs Fall in Extra Innings to Wildcats
The Cub Baseball team fell to the Wildcats Tuesday night in an exciting 8 inning game. The Cubs were in the lead heading into the 6th inning when the Wildcats started a rally that would lead them right back into the game. The Cubs had their opportunities to take the lead but could not pull out the win.
Next up for the Cubs is the Brownfield Tournament. They will be playing 2 games Thursday 3-7-13 against Slaton at 4:00 pm and Roosevelt at 6:30 pm. The last game of the weekend for the Cubs will be Saturday 3-8-13 at 4 pm against Abernathy. The Cubs will then play Post on Tuesday 3-12-13 in their last game before their district opener against Lamesa on Tuesday 3-18-13 in Lamesa. Come out and support the Cubs as they finish up their non-district schedule. Go Cubs!!!
